Do not forget that we have Grigore Popescu, the most important painter of European Orthodoxy. And he has been used at Lainici, at Râmeţi. I, as a minister, together with the late patriarch, have chosen him to paint Stephen the Great’s Borzeşti, where he has created a masterpiece.
